The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Road9 Media and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution across all services. This role focuses on understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering solutions that align with client objectives and our company's standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs, expectations, and feedback.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Oversee the briefing process, ensuring all client requirements are clearly communicated and documented.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client goals and drive growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Issue Resolution:
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any project-related issues.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, project details, and feedback.
- Ensure all client approvals and communications are properly documented.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a related role.
- Experience in the digital marketing or media industry is a must.
