Purpose: Develop and produce high-quality, on-brand content for blogs, social media, ads, newsletters, and short-form videos that support marketing objectives and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content themes and storylines for each account based on strategy and brief.
- Maintain monthly content calendars and prepare final copy for scheduling/publishing.
- Create written content for blogs, social media captions, ad copy, and newsletters.
- Generate video ideas and scripts for Reels, Shorts, and similar short-form formats.
- Repurpose content ideas across platforms while maintaining voice and message consistency.
- Craft concise, high-performing ad copy with clear hooks and CTAs.
- Prepare content outlines, headlines, and briefs for visuals or motion assets.
- Coordinate with the Account Manager and Digital Marketing Strategist for review and sign-off.
- Apply basic on-page SEO to blog content (headings, structure, metadata).
- Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, CTR) and propose quick optimizations.
- Follow Road9 Media SOPs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content or copywriting for digital platforms.
- Strong ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
- Proven experience across at least two of: blogs, social media, ads, newsletters.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, CTAs, and audience engagement.
- SEO knowledge.
- Structured, reliable, and able to work under defined briefs and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing content for B2B brands or KSA audiences.
- Familiarity with visual production, design handoff, and analytics tracking (UTMs, engagement metrics).
