The Account Manager owns the client relationship and day-to-day delivery coordination across Road9 Media’s services. This role ensures every project is correctly briefed, planned, executed by the technical/creative team, reviewed, delivered, and confirmed, without doing the specialist execution work (design, development, SEO execution, media buying).
Core responsibilities
- Own client communication end-to-end: onboarding, briefing, follow-ups, approvals, delivery, and ongoing support.
- Run structured requirements gathering and kick-off meetings; convert discussions into clear project scope and next steps.
- Create and manage project tasks in Asana (one source of truth for internal execution and timelines).
- Maintain all deliverables, files, and links in Google Drive (single file-sharing and documentation hub).
- Coordinate specialists (designers, developers, SEO specialist, media buyer, copywriter) and remove blockers.
- Enforce process: revision rounds, feedback cycles, approval workflows, and delivery confirmation.
- Ensure all work is delivered via official channels (email + Google Drive viewing/commenting links where applicable).
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate early with clear options and trade-offs.
- Lead client feedback handling: consolidate, clarify, prioritize, and route comments to the right technician.
- Quality control at the account level: confirm completeness, alignment to brief, and readiness for client review.
- Keep documentation clean: meeting notes, approvals, access details, delivery confirmation records.

- Translate strategy into an executable monthly/weekly content plan and publishing schedule with the team.
- Coordinate content creation workflow (content writer + designer + reviewer), ensuring deadlines and approvals.
- Ensure content calendars are complete: themes, formats, captions, CTAs, hashtags (when relevant), and posting dates.
- Manage client approvals efficiently (reduce back-and-forth by batching feedback and clarifying requirements).
- Coordinate publishing and basic community management workflows (who replies, response time rules, escalation cases).
- Deliver periodic performance reporting with insights and next-month adjustments (in coordination with strategists/specialists).
2) SEO Management (Planning, Execution Coordination, Reporting)
- Run SEO onboarding and briefing; ensure all required access and inputs are collected and documented.

- Ensure SEO outputs are documented and stored in the project drive (reports, mapping sheets, recommendations).

3) Ads Management (Meta/Google/LinkedIn/TikTok) - Coordination + Client Ownership
- Collect, document, and securely store ad account access information in the project access sheet.
- Coordinate ad account setup/audit, campaign preparation, approvals, and launch with the Media Buyer and creative team.
- Ensure ad creative/copy is reviewed and approved internally before client submission.
- Manage client expectations on testing, learning phases, and performance timelines (no unrealistic promises).
- Deliver reporting cadence and action summaries: what changed, why, performance impact, next actions.
4) Corporate Website Design & Development (WDD) - Delivery Leadership
- Lead website kick-off; ensure scope clarity: goals, target audience, sitemap/pages, references, integrations, languages, and constraints.
- Coordinate UX/UI, content collection, development, QA, and launch steps with the team.
- Manage client reviews per milestone (sitemap approval, design approval, staging approval, launch approval).
- Ensure website deliverables are complete: responsive checks, forms, tracking setup coordination, basic SEO hygiene coordination, and handover materials if required.
- Control timeline and scope creep: document changes, communicate impact, and get approvals before execution.
