Job Description
Road9 Media is looking for a well-organized, precise, quality oriented, digital marketing key account manager, to be the direct contact point between our team & the key customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determining client needs by conducting in-person or online meetings to outline their digital goals.
- Help developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients.
- Continuously overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement.
- Presenting effective social media strategies and training to clients when needed.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
- Creating reports on digital campaign & other activities performance on a monthly or weekly basis.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.
- Briefing creative team with all customer requirements along with their business objectives.
- Receive, QC, adjust & deliver creative products from creative team to clients.
- Monitor all SEO activities, either onsite or offsite, & report clients accordingly.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in digital marketing experience (prefer with account management experience).
- Solid knowledge and experience with different digital marketing activities, such as, social media management, media buying, SEO.
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (Meta business suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience in media buying & campaigns management.
