Job Description

  • Our new senior sales executive tasks shall cover Road9 Media's main provided services:  Digital Marketing, Media production, eCommerce solutions & Corporate website development.

Strategic responsibilities:

  • Continuously finding new ways to generate new business to the agency & execute them with the rest of the business development team.
  • Continuously studying the market & new opportunities we can make use of.
  • Continuously studying all aspects of our services & coming up with new ways to develop them to find better market position.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating and handling new leads received through any communication method; phone, email or any other way in cooperation with business development colleagues.
  • Attend and participate in business meetings (requirement gathering, brainstorming, etc), advice and consult the client as much as needed, on how they can make the best use of our products (such as tech solutions) & services.
  • Receive full briefs from customers to be priced instantly, according to preset pricing scheme, or send to technical consultants for pricing.
  • Using your understanding of the market, our agency USPs and customer needs, presentations shall be created & presented in business meetings with the suitable content for each case.
  • Qualifying leads using the available methods or coming up with new methods for validating leads. As a validating example, the business developer shall validate customer’s purchasing power by giving an instant approximate price estimation to the customer’s requirements & receive feedback (pricing shall be based on preset pricing scheme created by the agency business team).
  • Regularly create branded quotations & proposals for clients based on their requirements.
  • Arrange and participate in brainstorming meetings with technical and marketing team members, to come up with best solutions to offer to customers.
  • Strictly follow a followup process for all running business cases, for example, business developers shall have scheduled calls & emails to be sent after each process point or trigger, such as “send a followup email 2 days after sending the 1st proposal”.
  • Immediate recording (logging) of all business cases updates on the company's CRM.
  • Consistently communicate with technical consultants to attain better understanding of the company’s provided services & generating better presentations & proposals.
  • Managing deals closing process, including contracting & initiating the first payment installment with accounting management.
  • Briefing production, execution & account management members with new projects or accounts and initiating the execution process.
  • Maintaining the whole sales funnel with all sales cases on our CRM and taking full responsibility and control on sales cases, process, even after signing the contract in case the client needed more services or assistance, or expanding the project's scopes.
  • Study our developed projects & running accounts to be able to be able to present our work portfolio instantly if needed, also validate & update our online & offline work portfolio with any newly launched projects, in collaboration with our creative team.
  • The business developers should be in control of all our online presence channels on a strategic level, as they’re the main connection between the agency & customer, hence they will be the main source of customers' insights, accordingly they shall determine what shall be communicated with the customers to raise conversion rates on our marketing channels.
  • Cross selling and suggesting new services enhancements, or entirely new services according to customers’ needs.
  • Keep updating, maintaining, developing and enhancing sales processes and the business development department, such as by expanding or compressing existing sales pipelines to guarantee achieving targets and delivering high quality levels of service to our potential customers.
  • Assign, monitor and delegate tasks for business development colleagues.
  • Keep tracking for each quarter sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to utilize each marketing channel for generating qualified leads.
  • Strong background in either Marketing, Media or software solutions fields.
  • A certification or a degree in Sales and/or Marketing fields.
  • Excellent listening & communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English commands.
  • Excellent organizing skills.
  • Familiarity with known sales processes, funnels & CRM.
