Our sales team is looking for an organized, target driven sales account manager, to be responsible for:
- Responsible for generating and handling new leads received through any communication method; phone, email or any other way in cooperation with business development colleagues.
- Attend and participate in business meetings (requirement gathering, brainstorming, etc), advice and consult the client as much as needed, on how they can make the best use of our products (such as tech solutions) & services.
- Regularly create branded quotations & proposals for clients based on their requirements.
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
- Maintaining the whole sales funnel with all sales cases on our CRM and taking full responsibility and control on sales cases, process, even after signing the contract in case the client needed more services or assistance, or expanding the project's scopes.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Plan more activities to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Study our developed projects & running accounts to be able to be able to present our work portfolio instantly if needed, also validate & update our online & offline work portfolio with any newly launched projects, in collaboration with our creative team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in launching successful campaigns.
- 1 or more years of Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account manager.
- Ability to utilize each marketing channel for generating qualified leads.
- Understanding of sales funnel & CRM systems.
- Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English commands.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
