Role Overview
Road9 Media is hiring a Web Development Project Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects, while also supporting coordination across digital marketing and branding services. This role focuses on structured project management, timeline tracking, and smooth team collaboration—especially across multi-phase web projects involving structure planning, content readiness, design, development, and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Timeline Management
- Take ownership of the end-to-end coordination of website development projects, including:
- Structure and sitemap planning
- Content collection and progress tracking
- UI/UX design coordination
- Development follow-up, QA, and demo delivery
- Revision handling and go-live preparation
- Support ongoing timelines in related digital marketing and branding tasks, ensuring alignment and consistency across all active projects
- Use a project management tool to manage tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
- Briefing & Documentation
- Organize and document project briefings, especially for website development scope, technical needs, and strategic requirements
- Structure all project inputs into clear documents for designers, developers, and content teams
- Maintain accurate project folders on Google Drive, keeping everything up to date and version-controlled
- Workflow Facilitation
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (development, design, content) to ensure tasks are well-defined and progress flows smoothly
- Identify and resolve blockers early, ensuring timely handoffs between phases
- Ensure digital marketing deliverables stay on track when included in larger web projects
- Review & Delivery Oversight
- Review website staging versions and other deliverables internally before sending to clients
- Ensure scope alignment, comment resolution, and timely revision handling
- Coordinate formal delivery, feedback collection, and final approval
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience coordinating website projects or similar digital project management roles
- Proven ability to manage structured project phases and technical dependencies
- Organized and responsive under time pressure
- Familiarity with digital marketing workflows is a plus
- Proficient in project management tools, Google Drive, and collaboration platforms
- Clear and professional communication in both Arabic and English
